A) Government

The Government of Costa Rica will support the administration of Parque de Esferas by the Museo Nacional de Costa Rica. The Government will promote the mission of the project by providing assistance to ensure that national laws pertaining to pre-Columbian artifacts are upheld. In addition, the Government will provide financial support, national incentive packages, and land contributions.

B) Museo Nacional de Costa Rica
The Museo Nacional is responsible for the overall administration of the project. They will oversee the Master Planning, land acquisition, repatriation, construction, and management through collaboration with the Government, The Landmarks Foundation, the National Museum Foundation, local townships, archaeologists and researchers, ecologists, and tourist boards.

C) Local Townships
The local townships will participate in the planning and direction of the Parque. In addition, local inhabitants will be responsible for security, ticket administration, and grounds maintenance. They will be trained in business and tourism.
The stimulation of the economy of the Palmar Sur, Palmar Norte, and the Diquís Valley is intended to benefit local inhabitants. They will be the benefactors of the economic growth as they participate as owners, craftsmen, tour guides, hoteliers, restauranteurs, transportation specialists, and groundskeepers. Local taxes and tariffs will assist in the sustained funding of the project.
