Summary Using administrative and census data, the CML prepared a series of maps
for the Comprehensive Day Care Program of the School District of Philadelphia
and used these exhibits to prepare a market analysis for day care services.
By looking at supply and demand factors, the CML identified four areas that
represent promising new markets for CDCs.
